We strive to provide high-quality crystal lights, lighting accessories, and modern lighting products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Custom-made or clearance items (clearly marked) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Quality Issues: If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at 553252074@qq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at 553252074@qq.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: We will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization number and shipping address.
  3. Ship Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days (excluding original shipping fees).

3. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or model), please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement. Exchanges are limited to items of equal value within the same order.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of lighting products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items returned due to customer preference (e.g., color or size differs from expectation).
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
