1. Shipping Regions & Times

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to most regions in mainland China. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (custom orders will have a separate timeline communicated).
  • Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional fees apply).
  • International Shipping: Available for select countries/regions. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping within mainland China for orders over 300 CNY. Orders below this amount incur a standard shipping fee starting from 15 CNY.
  • Expedited and international shipping costs are calculated based on actual rates and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website (e.g., SF Express, ZTO).

4. Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you discover damage to the product after signing for it, please provide photo evidence to 553252074@qq.com within 48 hours for assistance.

5. Shipping Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will proactively communicate any significant delays. If a package is lost in transit, we will prioritize reshipping your items or issuing a refund.
